From bow to stern, the Global Services New Build project team create an inventory for all major equipment on board each project, making a comprehensive list of spares and consumables for each yacht department.
Where useful, a photographic record of the equipment nameplate is created for each component part e.g. pump and motor to ensure that when re-ordering spares, the correct part information is to hand.
The information is catalogued and presented in a logical format, listing equipment and related spare parts making the re-ordering process a straight forward procedure.
We can also export the information in a format compatible with onboard yacht managment systems for example Techman and Idea.
